D&B has extensive experience in many types of pump control panels; simplex, duplex, and triplex. As well as quadplex pump panels.
These panels have the ability to control small grinder pumps to large motors with various pumps, including submersible, grinder and chopper pumps.
Whether controlling your systems with floats, bubblers, ultrasonic or submersible pressure sensors, you will find our control systems will provide reliability and ease of operations.
We utilize motor starts, soft starts and variable frequency drives. Also we offer a selection of alarms, communication options, panel accessories and the type of enclosure that will best fit your needs.
Simplex Control Panel
This simplex controls one 7.5HP pump and is enclosed in NEMA 4X rated stainless steel. The 460V 3PH 60HZ panel features a relay logic based control system with remote start and local start/ stop push buttons.
Also included in this panel are alarm and status controls, red alarm pilot light, and one hour meter.
Duplex Control Panel
This duplex controls two 5HP 240V 3PH pumps controled by two 10HP 240V 1PH variable frequency drives with intrinsically safe bariers for level sensors. The 230V 1PH 3 wire 150A panel is a free standing NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosure and features PLC based control system with back up floats.
Also included in this panel are 8" color touch screen, 4 input auto dialer, red alarm pilot light, and level transmitter.
Triplex Control Panel
This triplex controls three 30HP pumps using corresponding variable frequency drives with bypass contactors.
The 208V 3PH 4 wire 400A panel features a PLC based control system with backup floats and stand alone three pump controller and intrinisically safe barriers for level sensors. Two door LP, free standing, NEMA 12 rated enclosure protect the controls.
Also included in this panel are 10" color touch screen, side mounted air conditioner, and two level transducers.
Quadplex Control Panel
This quadplex controls four total pumps, two 25HP and two 50HP pumps controlled by corresponding variable frequency drives with filters.
The 460V 3PH 4 wire 300A panel features a PLC based control system with back up floats and intrinisically safe barriers for level sensors.
Also included in this panel are 10" color touch screen and two submerisible level transmitters.
